Lynn McLeod Ms. McLeod specializes in assessing the environmental impacts of government and commercial actions under the National Environmental Policy Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, and Endangered Species Act.  She also has significant experience preparing monitoring and indicator plans addressing concerns within EPA’s National Estuary Programs, conducting workshops to educate people at various levels on monitoring program and indicator development, and facilitating steering committees developing regional monitoring and indicator programs.  She has prepared and reviewed environmental impact statements on the effects of acoustics on marine mammals, liquefied natural gas terminal/port construction, and hydroelectric project licensing.
